Programme Terms

1. Membership

• Membership is free, personal, and open to adults aged 18 and over.
• One membership per person, created with Sign in with Apple or a verified email address. A mobile number may be added for WhatsApp services with your consent.
• Membership, the membership code, and Loyalla Points are non-transferable. Points cannot be gifted, pooled, sold, or moved to another member.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your device and membership code secure.

2. Earning and the visit choice

Show your membership card to OCCO staff when you pay. Staff verify your bill at the venue and record the eligible amounts. After they record the visit, you may choose what happens to that visit's fresh points:

• Earn 1 point for every AED of the final eligible net bill, before service charge and VAT. Your tier multiplier may increase the earn rate.
• Choose Use now to apply that visit's fresh points to the same open bill, subject to the 50% gross-bill cap; or choose Double it to bank twice the fresh points for a later visit. Staff apply any confirmed discount to the bill at the venue.
• If no choice is made within 15 minutes, the fresh points are doubled automatically for a future visit.
• Points banked by doubling, including the original earn, unlock 24 hours after the choice or automatic default.
• Tier multipliers are Member 1×, Silver 1.25× from AED 1,500, Gold 1.5× from AED 5,000 and Black 2× from AED 15,000 of rolling 12-month gross spend.
• 100 Loyalla Points = AED 5 of reward value.
• Points are earned only on the eligible amount paid with money. Amounts settled with points earn nothing.
• The app shows pending visits and separates locked points from points available to redeem.

3. Points expiry

• Earned and doubled Loyalla Points expire six calendar months after they are earned.
• Points with the earliest expiry are redeemed first; if expiry dates match, the oldest points are used first.
• Points expire on their displayed expiry date. Check your balance and expiry dates in the app; notifications are optional and should not be relied on as the only reminder.

4. Redemption

• Points may cover up to 50% of the gross bill. The remainder is paid by you in the usual way.
• Standard redemption requires at least 500 points. The immediate Use now choice for that visit's fresh points does not have this minimum, but the 50% cap still applies.
• To redeem, present your membership code in the app to venue staff. Staff verify and record the redemption, then apply any confirmed discount to the bill manually.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or converted to cash, and are not refundable in cash under any circumstances.

5. Eligible amounts

Points are earned from the final eligible net bill before VAT and service charge. Staff record both the gross bill and that net amount when verifying the visit. Ask staff to confirm the eligible net amount for your bill before points are recorded.

6. Refunds and reversals

If a bill is refunded or corrected, points issued for it may be corrected through an auditable ledger entry. Any money refund is handled by the venue separately from Loyalla points.

7. Verification, fraud and manager review

OCCO staff verify the bill at the venue; guests do not upload receipts for points at launch. Unusual activity may be flagged for manager review. We may withhold, correct or reverse points arising from error, misuse or fraud, and may suspend or close memberships used in bad faith.

8. Changes to the programme

We may change earning rates, expiry periods, redemption limits, eligibility rules or these terms. Changes apply prospectively: points already in your wallet keep the rules under which they were earned, except where a change is required by law. We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect, and may suspend or end the programme with reasonable notice.

9. General

You may leave the programme at any time by deleting your account in the app; remaining points are forfeited. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
