How long do my points last?
Earned and doubled points expire six calendar months after they are earned. Check your expiry dates in the app; your earliest-expiring points are used first.
How much of a bill can I pay with points?
Points can cover up to 50% of the gross bill. You pay the remainder as usual; standard redemption requires at least 500 points.
Where can I earn and spend points?
At both venues — OCCO Business Bay and OCCO Hessa. Your balance is one universal wallet: earn in one place, redeem in another.
How do I redeem?
Present your membership code to OCCO staff. They verify and record a redemption, then apply the confirmed discount to the bill manually.
Can I transfer or cash out points?
No. Points are personal to your membership: they cannot be transferred to another member and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
