How long do my points last?
Loyalla Points expire 45 days after the day they are earned. The app reminds you 7, 3 and 1 days before any points expire, and your oldest points are always used first.
How much of a bill can I pay with points?
Points can cover up to 50% of an eligible bill. You settle the remainder as usual, and only the amount you pay yourself earns new points.
Where can I earn and spend points?
At all three venues — OCCO Business Bay, OCCO Hessa and SanosFit. Your balance is one universal wallet: earn in one place, redeem in another.
How do I redeem?
Open the app, present your membership code to your server or at the front desk, and choose to pay with points. The value is applied before you settle the bill.
Can I transfer or cash out points?
No. Points are personal to your membership: they cannot be transferred to another member and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
